This is an older park where the rent is affordable and the people are friendly. The coaches are a little older than some of the other parks in Visalia but with rent being so much higher in those places many seniors choose to call this home. Management does a good job keeping things up but it is unfortunate the roads need to be taken out and replaced. They are old and putting a top cover on them isn't enough to repair them. Just a band aid.

Really clean. Very quiet place. Has Bingo games I hear and Bible Study!!!!!!!!!!! I checked pricing after hearing that. That's a young Reverend like me's dream!!!!!!!!

Good place very home like.. I like the grounds with lots of garden. The pillows are kind of small and they dont clean till the third day.
