WARNING NEW TENANTS: they are not allowing dogs anymore. Which is why people live here in the first place. Taking that away isn’t going to draw in future tenants. Not to mention the lack of attention to landscaping. Gang graffiti has made itself present. Abandoned cars on Roosevelt. Looking super ghetto. This neighborhood used to be beautiful.

I have lived in this complex going on 3 years. I am moving out soon because I’ve finally purchased my HOME!!! Management is very organized and straight forward and cool. The ground keepers are working around the clock to keep the property clean and neat. I have had to put in a couple of work orders over the years. My ticket was taken care of the same or at worst the next day. I did have something minor that took a few days for them to get too... but that was communicated to me properly. Overall, I like this property over the rest because the community is diverse, kid friendly, clean, the neighborhood and neighbors are cool, my apartment was rodent, roach, and ant free and management is relatable and organized. This is a kid friendly community!!!!!!!
