I moved out at the beginning of august and I am yet to receive my security deposit. When I first called they told me they were going to send it out in a couple days. After a couple weeks of not receiving anything I called again and was told the same thing that they would be sending it out that week. Now it’s been a few weeks and still nothing. So I tried to call again but now no answer.

Yes they do. They charged me a deposit of $600 for both of my dogs. They charge $500 deposit for one.
Yes if you're willing to pay $1300 for an upgraded one bedroom apartment.
No you must have your own wifi but it is a nice place to live! When you go to the office I believe there is free wifi but I dont go to the office often so I dont really know also I dont stay for long periods of time but in your own home you must get your own wifi unless you want to share with someone nearby. By the way great question I was asking the same when I moved here
