My daughter left her home because of mental abuse. Her husband is now telling her she needs to give him notice if she needs to get into their apartment for anything. I told her she needed to go to police before she left. What should she do?

Tell her to have the police meet her there, each time she needs to go there. & tell her NOT to get out of her car until the police get there. AND tell her to get a gun.
