I called this place because a person asked me to help her with a problem she has ( living situation ) about to be homeless. She had a case open with an employee that no longer works there but she didnβt know because no one ever called her to tell her this . I called two different people more than 3 weeks ago .. Iβm waiting for someone to call me back . The lady thatβs 71 years old had no choice than to go to a shelter because Apparently no one has time to return my message. I would give no stars but thatβs not an option . Very disappointed . I hear people recommend this place donβt know why ? I guess it might be another because of covid excuse .. thatβs just over used .ππΌ

Tell her to have the police meet her there, each time she needs to go there. & tell her NOT to get out of her car until the police get there. AND tell her to get a gun.
Yes, you have an excellent case. And as a tenant, you do have rights. (I too am a tenant, though I have discovered [re: this cesspool known as "Milwaukee"] that the city is chock-full of slumlords. So you might want to try another state altogether, since even the entire state [of Wisconsin] isn't much better).
I think No
You want a probate lawyer. Milwaukee bar association or Wisconsin bar association lawyer referral service is probably your best bet to get some direction. MOST attorneys will give you a free consultation. It's not a bad idea to take the time to talk to several to get an idea of what is or isn't worth going to court over. LAS can help craft the kind of document involved in a situation like you're touching on, but doesn't get involved in litigation over it. (For example, they can help make a Will, but won't go to court for you later if there is a disagreement). To your question, and based only on the information you provided, your sister can't say/do squat until your mom is a) officially declared incompetent, b) or your mom dies, c) and your sister lawfully executes the powers defined in that trust. Until a or b happens, your mom can just redo the trust document and strip your sister out of it. Problem solved.
Do you guys have attorneys to work in ozaukee county. Looking for a low income base attorney for a child custody case. My kids have been in my care 24/7 since birth and there 12 1/2 and 10 and don't want to he at there fathers. I was served a few weeks ago. And have a hearing on march 24th.
Not sure you will need to actually go there.
I'm not sure you have to contact them.
We cannot give legal advice on this platform. Please call (414) 727-5300 or visit lasmilwaukee.com for help.
They go by income, and case by case situations
Please have your daughter complete our intake form at lasmilwaukee.com/intake to determine if she qualifies for our services. We can not provide legal advice otherwise.
It depends on the reason for the towing from the tow company. You should consider going in and talk to them.
No Sorry
You'd have to sit down and talk about that with someone I'm sure during their walk-in clinic
They have bankruptcy attorneys that charge a fee however they can tell you which way and how to file. Not to sure if legal aid handles that but you can always stop there and ask.
I don't think that you can however you can contact the police to enforce the noise compliance. And after a few of those calls the landlord will get a citation.
They help on a case by case bases it doesn't hurt to go in and ask.
There's a lot of different attorneys that handles those types of case's however legal aid is for simple case's and free legal advice for low income people.
Google, how to get guardianship
