This apartment complex is one of the worst in Vegas. Get out if you can.
Yeah but they will still file an eviction in court so make sure you check to see if they've done it
It's the 5th of the month. If you pay your rent and water, trash, maintenance utility bill by the 4th your fine. But if it's on the 5th you're late and they charge a whopping $100 for the first day late fee and $10 a day after!! It's horrible.
