Why don't they give us a local phone number so we can actually talk to a real person at the location where the problem is?

Because theyre lazy and useless. Period!!

If you go through a few menus of the automated phone system, when it asks you to say an option you can say, let me talk to a person! And it will put you through, however wait times can be hours!

They have one for 76004 but it's useless they never answer..

Did you ever find out why there's no local number? I'm curious myself.
