Well clearly Paul is the problem at this post office. I've had a PO box here for over a year now and I am very frustrated at this point. I never receive packages or mail that has been delivered in a timely manner. Someone else's mail is constantly in my box. Today I spoke to Paul regarding a piece of IMPORTANT mail that was scanned the 5th of October and I have yet to receive it. Needless to say Paul was very dismissive and rude. He states that the piece of mail has been returned if it is not in my box. The company is stating that it has not been returned. This is the third conversation I've had like this with Paul and at first I thought maybe he's having a bad day but clearly this is his character. I'll be switching PO boxes no one should have to deal with such a nasty attitude. The purpose of paying for a PO box was to receive mail and packages in a timely manner and I feel like I'm wasting money.

Lied and said my package had the wrong address although I have proof it's correct and so called sent my package back to the sender. They need to get rid of the whole staff

Pual, is the rudest person I’ve ever came across in my life! I don’t understand how he’s still working at a place where you have to encounter talking to humans everyday all day, with that rude ugly mouth he has, he speaks to you as he’s trying to be little you. Not helpful what so ever, his attitude was the worst!! This has been the most horrible experience at a post office. And I think management should rethink who they hire there. And another person was having issues with him right after me so I can imagine many have felt with him.

Had a passport appointment and Jazmin was incredibly friendly and efficient. We were in and out in no time.

The staff at this location are completely incompetent and rude....I feel for you
I would love to know if you get an answer....same thing just happened to me yesterday,
Post offices no longer offer notary services. Try your local shipping supplies stores (Mailboxes and such), mom n pop or chain like UPS.

Where else can you get a letter sent from one end of the country to the other for a half a buck?
Go to a bank, its like $5 $10 dollars or free?
What area do you live in?
You can probably get a better answer at the USPS website
Yes.They also have a self service kiosk where you can buy postage.
