The staff at this location are completely incompetent and rude....I feel for you
Same here too. Never go through. Anyways, what is the point of picking up the phone, if they don't really care listening to you.
They have lost 4 packages and a certified letter in the last 8 months. No wonder fedx is doing well. Other issues continue over a year later.
Has anyone commenting file a former complain. I have been waiting from a response from Sonia for the last 3 days. When I am told she is in the office the phone is off the hook. I found the website for the USPS Inspector General. https://www.uspsoig.gov/hotline . If you have a legitimate concern please I urge to file a claim it takes about 10 minutes but if you do not all your complains go un-noticed and these people keep on providing horrible service.
I agree. The staff is a joke except for one lady I think her name is Sharon ... she’s always very nice. But ugh .... I only use the kiosk to send stuff now !!!
