Good service, lines can get a bit long at times but the wait times are usually not too bad. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. This is also a great place to pickup flat rate shipping supplies.

I never receive any of my packages I order online. When I go to file a claim, they say I can't because their is no insurance on the pkg. I don't understand why the postal carriers feel the need to steal my stuff as they get paid very well. USPS is the absolute worse, but this office/route takes the cake!

The slowest mail hold spot ever. Also rude as hell. Im very understanding so the 30 minute wait for one parcel and only three people ahead if me is one thing .. but the attitude and the disorganization .. LORD Will definitely drive to euless for my mail instead of having go deal with this :/

Went in to have my wedding invitations mailed yesterday. The lady at the front told me it would be $7 a letter to send as a package and that thay can't be hand cancelled or sent as non-machineable. That's a lie. If you go to this post office and need invitations hand cancelled or non-machineable and they won't do it just go to the post office in Euless. Very disappointing, especially since I went at a time that was not busy and the lady could have assisted me but chose not to do her job. Wasted time going to this post office close by to my work.
