Why can’t you just call the post office you want to call and speak to an actual person ?

I actually have their direct number & can still rarely get a hold of them. The only time you can get my branch on the phone is usually right at 8 AM when they open.

The 800# should be able to give you the individual branch number; otherwise go to the Post Office you normally go to and get their direct number.
