I must say I’m truly grateful for Ms. Amber C. She took us in when the Bardin location closed without a notice. We had passport appointments and no one advised us. She made sure all my documents were correct and helped me out on a very stressful day. Thank you Ms Amber for exceptional service!!

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It showed delivery estimate time. I go back to check on package and it said that I requested to have it held for pickup which I didn't request. Called number given and the customer service girl was extremely rude and very unprofessional. As I tried to explain she kept being rude. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed !!!

It's not, I suppose trolls hate this place so much that they are constantly trying to mark it as "Temporarily Closed" or delete the business hours at every turn.

*Covid update... You must call to schedule a appointment now beforehand. Yes you can get a passport application & photo taken care of here at this location. I would recommend calling to confirm the documents needed for this....
