Haven’t had the product delivered yet, so will see how that goes. Was also told by management to bring my receipt from dinner and he would discount my purchase - only to learn he had left and they could only do that on furniture purchases - not beds. 🤔

The staff has been kind and helpful and this is the only reason I gave it a 3 star. However, my experience with the company has been completely frustrating. To explain, we still don’t have all of our furniture even though we ordered it almost a year ago. We ordered several pieces, but there’s excuse for them giving away our furniture because all of it wasn’t in. We are still waiting on 2 couches, a dining room table and chairs and 3 end tables.

Rob was very kind in the store. I've had exchange issues, which aren't his fault and don't reflect on him. Customer service has been the worst I've ever experienced. The people I've spoke to when I've called have honestly been rude. I've been waiting 3 weeks for call backs from managers. I've been waiting 10 days for a call from the furniture warranty to have a stain cleaned from my new $4000+ couch. I just don't understand how a company this large can have customer service this bad.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
Yes. My couch and table/chair set were delivered. There is also a separate charge for delivery.
