We have been furniture shopping for a while and had been disappointed by the cost and selection of several other places. We were very impressed with the selection, value and great customer service we received on our visit. We selected our new furniture that day and it was professionally delivered the same week. I wasn’t going to be that person, but I’m going to be that person. I just had a baby and I just moved into a new place. So I needed a new bed frame almost instantly. When we were shopping with this specific store my dad asked the person selling it to us how long it would take for it to arrive. They told us by the first week of September it would be here. Yesterday, September 15th we received a call that it came in. Going back to the day we were shopping- when my dad was checking out he asked again when it would be in and if it was going to be longer than the expected date that was fine, but to let us know. The person insisted it would be the first week of September. Was it the first week of September? No. If the worker knew shipping was taking longer than expected it wouldn’t have been anything to let us know… we would have kindly said thank you and went on to find a bed frame that would have been here sooner. This purchase wasn’t cheap and it sure as hell wasn’t worth the extra 2 weeks of sleeping on my mattress on the floor. On top of that, the blonde middle aged lady that helped me when I got there was rude. She is too grown to be acting that way considering the fact that this order was also wayyy past it’s expected delivery time. ON TOP OF THAT, when we received the call that my order was in I specifically told them “I have a Jeep Patriot will the box fit?” the lady was like “Yes! Yes it will!” … did the box fit? No. I had to drive with my trunk open. Anyways- no wonder they have such a low rating. We will never be back and we will never recommend this place that’s for sure.
