I could literally write a book on my experience with Fitzpatrick. Just be careful. I purchased a grey sectional, my receipt and invoice specifically said grey. They gave me a BROWN sectional. Fought them for months. Had all the proof. Management and upper management were terrible and did not resolve it. I should have went to BBB but I was so exhausted from fighting them over this for months.

As a customer, they should be able to furnish new pictures as requested. They have kind customer service and I'm sure will accommodate that request. Just call.
They don't offer an online method of payment, but you can make payments in the store. When you make a purchase They ask for your debit card for your initial deposit and they use the same card to make automatic withdrawals from your account every month
Yes...i did the pre approval app online they called and told me the amount i was approved for and i had to put 10% of the cost of the couch i got....had it delivered a day later. Very good prices and easy to work with. U do need either a pay card or checking account because they do set up for your payments to come out automatically

They do sale them. Sometime you can get a repo on sale, best to just go and see what they have
