The second straight package that I ordered got lost! The tracking number on the first package said USPS picked up the item, and after that, tracking never updated again. Waiting for that package for around two months! Finally, the Shop sent me another package and the same situation! USPS picked up the item, and it looks like it is going in the same way as the first one! Can't believe it! I want to file a report to see if someone is stealing packages cuz this is federal!

Today I had the pleasure of having Tommy assist me with sending my packages. I roll in with 20 minutes before closing (I didn't realize this until I arrived & saw the hours posted) I had a couple of questions regarding best price to ship one of my packages but I also wanted to use decorative mailer so it would look pretty, lol. I'm kind of a hyper type Kramer, individual, ha ha!! but Tommy very kindly & calmly helped me make the most cost effective shipping choice. I just really appreciate him & his excellent customer service! This is not a one-off kind of thing either, Tommy & Terry/Teri? are CONSISTENTLY very kind when I come in & give AWESOME customer service, very efficient & help all customers in a timely manner but Tommy helped me on this particular day. I appreciate your hard work guys!
