The mail person keeps bringing mail of people who don't live at 7029 stetter dr. I was supposed to get a new bank card i guess the mail person dropped it at a neighbors mailbox since i have also been getting my neigbors mail. Yesterday, this mail person left the mailbox wide open.

I had 2 passport appointments today just to show up and see a sign stating not open. We didn’t get a notification of any kind. I know for a fact that the employee whom handles the passport applications can reach out to us. She chose not to. How inconsiderate. Seriously it’s not that hard. No kind of courtesy to the clients who had to take time off and wait 2 months to actually get an appt.

The mail carrier for our area is awful never gets mail in correct boxes. Some day's i receive mail for some street way off other times i get a different neighbors mail. Never get my own mail. I've contacted post office numerous times but never get issues resolved. They just don't care.

The passport office has the same hours as the post office but they help people on a first come first serve basis. They start taking names as soon as they open to fill the queue for the entire day. Get there early and sign in.
