im a green card holder living in KY,currently i have jordanian passport and i need to travel with group of my co workers to Germany to attend IDS cologne ( March 11- March 15). do i need visa and how much time it needs to be ready?

Yes you do need a Visa since you are not a US citizen. I would apply in January incase they would need more documents you would have more time..
