There are plenty of small kids there during the week during the day is best and least crowded
Any time on a school day. On weekends we usually go about an hour or two after opening. That lets the initial crowd thin out so we can see everything without fighting for a space at the exhibits.
That would be on school days.
It doesn't seem as if they have a truly slow time, but we went in the morning and it wasn't too bad with a 1, 5, and 7yr old.
As others stated, during the school day if you can, otherwise first thing when they open on the weekend.
School day or When they open on the weekend, you can go at your own pace inside.Thats what we always do. Some things are more interesting to the kids than others , but everything is Awesome
