Laundromax differs in many ways from every other laundomat I've been to or heard of. It's clean. This includes the machines, the floor, the chairs, the tables and importantly, the bathrooms. It always has a friendly, knowledgable attendant on duty to assist if you have any problems. The coin machines always work AND they dispense $1 coins in addition to quarters. It's BIG! Laundromax is in a building that was originally built as a Bob Evans Restaurant. Because it's big, they have a LOT of washers and dryers including many machines that will easily handle jumbo loads. It has plenty of tables and chairs to sit at while you are waiting and they even have a bif screen TV! They even have a rack of books and magazines that help you pass the time. They have adequate numbers of rolling baskets and folding tables. It's air conditioned too! They will even do your laundry for you if you don't want to do it yourself (for a fee of course). Oh, and they have well stocked snack and drink machines with reasonable prices. I recommend Laundromax to anyone without reservation. It's the best.

So how exactly do you get ahold of the manager? I sent an email with my phone number in regards to an issue and never received a phone call or an email back. I sent an email to that email address on 5/13

I use this place every other week. Nice clean place. Great Equipment that is well maintained. Great Staff and free WiFi.....I've never had a problem here.
