If you print your tickets yourself you don't have to wait in line or go to will call. You just go into the entrance and hand them the tickets and go right in. I would advise to print them beforehand. The will call line doesn't ever really look too long (I hang in Newport often), but you never know. I'd just print myself.

Shouldn't have to wait, if you already have tickets you can go right inside. When we went a couple of weeks ago they had moved all the lines inside anyway (might just be a winter thing, though).

It's best to buy your tickets in advance. You can pick your entry time that way and walk right in.
