Thank you Jeff B. and the mechanics who worked on my car Saturday. I wanted a new set of tires and some other work done. I called my usual shop and was told it would be 6-8 weeks before they could get me in. On Friday I called a shop close to my house and set an appointment for the next morning. They didn't have the tires that they promised they'd have waiting to be put on my car. I called Jeff @ Firestone for an appointment. I expected it to be a few days or a week before they could get to me. To my surprise Jeff told me to bring my car in now and he'd guarantee that it would be done before they closed that evening. His word was gold. The work was done and done right. His mechanics even caught and fixed something my old shop messed up the last time they had my car. I was very impressed that Jeff and his crew were able to work me into their schedule and get the work done on such short notice. Thanks again Jeff. Thanks Firestone. You are now my primary repair shop.

Gave them 5 🌟 but after 2nd service, my car almost run out of oil due to poor quality service caused oil leaks. No fixing policy. No refunds.

I’m not happy with Firestone regarding my car. My car’s ac hose had a leak in it. I saw the hole myself. I made an appt and came into Firestone to get the issue fixed. I told the staff there was a hole in my a/c hose and to replace it after they diagnostic it themselves and that I could show them exactly where the hole was too. They said they do their own diagnostic testing which is fine as long as they fix the issue…They charged me over $200 to evacuate it and do the dye test and put freeon in. This did nothing for my car because I told them there is a leak. They said they found no leaks. I brought my car back to them a week later because of course my a/c still does not work because there is a hole. They tried telling me I was wrong until we walked outside to my car and I pointed it out to him and he then said “oh yes I see it now”. So you mean to tell me I paid you guys over $200 to fix this issue and you guys couldn’t even find the leak and now is saying there is a leak after I pointed it out? They wanted to charge me over $375 to replace the hose when I already gave them over $200 the first time for their “dye test” and recharge when it did nothing because there was a hole to begin with which I told them this. They didn’t want to listen to me or even believe me when I told them about the hole. I am never coming to Firestone again to get my car looked at.

I had a non-emergency tow situation. My tire went flat in my driveway, and I was trying to get a same day fix. I was told that despite being booked, they'd be able to squeeze me in. They didn't. At about 10 'til closing, I called them to check on the status of my car and they said it would have to wait until the next day but it was first in line to be looked at. They open at 8 a.m. and, after not hearing from them at 12:30, I called to see what was going on and they still hadn't even looked at my car. Since they hadn't looked at it yet, I asked if they'd be able to diagnose a sound my car was making. I figured I might as well have them check it out. And I was told the charge for trying to figure out what the sound is would be $100...plus repair costs. Most places will waive that fee if you get the problem fixed with them. Almost 21 hours after they said my car would be ready, it finally was. The work was fine but I still wish I could give this place zero stars for wasting so much of my time. Would not recommend at all.
