We came a few minutes before closing but the salesman, Jose, was real chill. He kind of followed my lead and demonstrated how the recliner worked and how it took the pressure off your back when reclined at a 4 degree angle, etc. He allowed me to see for myself the feel between mattresses and had 15 years of experience.They were there to inform and answer questions, not pushy at all; but I would have liked a little more info - feel like I should have asked a few more questions, but there’s always the phone.
