How long has it taken you to get your appliances to get fixed? Going on One month with literally no updates from the office or maintenance people. I've made four calls and put in one email about this.

Well I had a problem with the hot water tank made a phone call I talk to someone and they said 15 to 20 minutes they were at my door and fixed the problem. And I had another issue they came in 15 min 👍

Hi Caitlin, We try to have all service request taken care of within 24 hours. The only time we have delay in repairs is if we have to order parts and supplies (which can delayed if they are on backorder) or if we have to get an outside contractor involved. I know this is 2 years old but, if you are still a resident of Garfield Commons, you know that there has been an entire staff change and we do hope you have seen an improvement with responding to your service needs.

Normally they are quick about it I'm surprised it's taken that long. Have you contacted the office regarding this? I would call everyday until it gets resolved
