Not happy one bit. They allow people to smoke in the building even though they are non smoking. Ive found mold. My air has been broken for a week now. And its been in the 90s and i have a baby and a dog. ANTS. my friend in another building had MAGGOTS that she had to take care of herself. I have pictures to prove the mold and maggots. I have holes in my floors. Its horrible
The maintenance man hasn't fixed my heat yet. I have been without heat since October. My garbage disposal is broken. That has been broken since November. NO I AM NOT HAPPY HERE
Garfield Commons is overpriced, management is unprofessional, and the place is run down. Any good reviews on here must be fake!
We are moving into an older unit without new sliding. I am a bit worried bc someone came into the office very unhappy and threatened to sue

HAVE HAD MAINTENANCE TO ENTER MY APARTMENT ON 3 OCCASIONS WITHOUT ONE WORK ORDER THEY SAY IT WAS EMERGENCY, WHERE ? IN WHICH MY SON LET THEM IN
Allie, We have been in the rebuilding/restaffing process for about a year now and there have been some unhappy residents unfortunately, but we are trying had to change this and the team at Garfield Commons is really dedicated to servicing your apartmant living needs to the best of thier abilities.
