Poor management and poor maintenance. Flies have been getting in my mobile home from an unsealed area no fault of my own and we where told it’s nothing they could do, to “tie up trash and cover your food”. My neighbors have ASLO had this exact same issue so I’m positive it isn’t a rare occurrence. I would highly recommend a very through inspection before considering this park!

OMG ! This is one of the best Housing I’d have ever had . The management is Absolutely the best & Understanding . Melissa Has a great personality and has a big heart ❤️ Makes me feel like real family 💯

Every couple of years it is bout by a new company and every time it is it goes down hill. I've been in the park for over 10 years and if it had been this way when I moved in I wouldn't have moved in.

If you rent a mobile home from them then you have to pay mobile home rent as well as lot You always pay lot no matter what

I honestly don't know if you can. I bought one from them. They have all sorts of years and models here so I don't think it would be a problem. Best bet is to call the office directly.
I saw people in It on Thursday
They usually open on Memorial Day and I don't see any activity. I did see them working on the pool couple weeks ago. I'm guessing July when everything is reopened for good?

No they don't. Felons were not aloud when I lived there from 2015 to 2019
They still may have some but they have been tearing down the old ones & moving them out replacing them with brand new mobile homes.
There are rentable homes. I believe if you rent you can have one pet but there are security deposits required. Lot rent is included in rental price.
