Do not go here if you expect to get knowledgeable clerks to help you on an item you've never used. I needed to get a commercial grade ice pack for my elbow and they sold a good brand by Chattanooga Colpac. The clerk handed me the pack and I bought it gladly as he told me it stayed cool a long time being that it's made of clay. The pack was great, but I found the dimension of 11"x21" and the weight to be unruly for just my elbow. I used it once then looked online and saw Chattanooga had smaller ones. I went to Federal Drug Co. to exchange it for 2 smaller ones and only after 3 days of having the pack they refused to let me return it. It was clean and perfect. I put a lot of the blame on the guy helping me as he knew I wanted it for my elbow.
