Extremely helpful. Kind, humane workers. The negative reviews are all from business owners, not from the laborers this department is devoted to helping. Not sure why the other reviews mention getting kickbacks from lawyers fees; this department recommended that I DIDN’T hire a lawyer to save money (apparently the paperwork process is pretty simple with help).

I have been over a year going on two, with this organization SUPPOSEDLY working on my case. They’ve done truly very little to nothing for me to help me settle with my previous employer. They’ve actually managed to see that my previous employer WILL NOT pay me at all and told me to get my own mediator. I never got a return call or email after calling and emailing easily 60 times. Completely useless and likely cost me my settlement. I went there for help, they assured I will not get my lost wages. I would name my representative but they’d probably sue me. Wouldn’t that be ironic?

This office is the best. They do their job and they are great at it. They know the law and are very hepful. For all of you that have a small buisness and you are not following the laws and regulations explains why you would whine about them and rate them poorly. Surely if the tables were turned and your employer was ripping you off you would want Justice!
