Eventually you dealerships have to STOP BAITING PEOPLE AND WASTING OUR TIME. I DROVE AN HOUR TO THIS FACILITY AFTER SPEAKING TO, EMAILING AND BEING TEXTED ABOUT A SPECIFIC VEHICLE. MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE VEHICLE. ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN I GET HERE AFTER DRIVING AN HOUR IN TRAFFIC , THAT VEHICLE WAS SOLD. BUT YOU NOW HAVE A $30,000 MORE EXPENSIVE ONE TO OFFER...NOT GOOD BUSINESS This is actually the 2nd dealership ive had the SAME problem with. Hook n bait SCAM.. ONLY TO BE CALLED 5 HOURS LATER TO BE QUESTIONED BY A REP WANTING TO KNOW IF ID LIKE TO COME IN AND LOOK AT THAT SAAAME CAR..the one that ISN'T THERE 🤔🤦🏿‍♂️... You Can't Make This Up i swear. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I am compelled to give an amazing shout out to Ron and his team especially 'our salesman for life' - Rohan. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure when I exited the doors of Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale I was wearing a huge smile! Hats off! I recommend this dealership 100%!

Is there a reason why I brought my car in for a oil change, and everything in my car was changed EVEN THE RADIO? BUT my bigger questions is why is my "info" section COMPLETELY BLANK. I now can no longer show my speed, my trip a or b mileage!!!!

I canceled an extended warranty on 8/6/19 and have yet to receive the refund. I've called the finance department a few times and left voicemail messages and no one has called me back. Who can I speak with to resolve this issue?
