I ordered a sample pack of their gummies about a month ago. Finally received an email that they shipped out my package on June 21, but they never arrived. I contacted customer service in hopes of tracking and they replied with the standard "it'll take 7-10 business days. I've contacted customer service again in hopes of getting a resolution as I still have yet to receive them.

I don't think thats how it works. There is no specific strain for this or that. You're getting a specific compound, CBD, so it's uniform throughout all products. What may differ between companies and products is the quality (i.e., purity)

Yes but Google coupons and get 40-60%off all the time. I been shopping with them about a year. The shipping a little pricey to me but the coupons help and they are getting better on their turn around time. The products are nice.
