DG should be ashamed to have an employee like Meishei. She is an awful human being, does not understand customer service. I don't need to shop here, I know I am paying more for convenience. I expect to be treated with respect, not as a criminal because I have on a backpack. So I won't be back to DG and I'll go to your competition like Walmart where they have some kind of sense not to treat customers as adversaries. Meishei, I'm sorry you were raised by a single mom on Welfare who didn't love you, but you need to learn to grow and treat people as you would expect them to treat you, for your spirits sake. Great store, they have what I need.

They never answer the phone and never fulfill any online orders and you’ll end up losing your coupons because they’re too lazy to do their job. I’m on medical bedrest due to high risk pregnancy so the only way I can get what I need is online order and curbside pick up and they won’t ever fulfill any online orders. Instead they wait till after the pick up window and cancel.

If you are Hispanic that speaks little to no English and are trying to coupon, DO NOT DO IT AT THIS LOCATION!!! I was helping my mom and her friend coupon because they don’t know English. The manager was supposed to help us because some coupons didn’t appear after putting the phone number. He was very impatient and rude so we canceled the transaction. After he put the items back and my mom’s friend did the same. She passed by the manager and he said, “uhh, these Mexicans.” Don’t go here. I already reported him
