Do not do business with this company. I ordered a mattress cover and gripper strips. This took over a month to arrive and then it was the cover only i contacted them about the strips and was told they would be sent from in-store stock. The cover was the wrong size, my fault, and when I asked about exchanging it was told that the fabric had been disconnected and the cover had been custom made so was not exchangeable.. I ordered a cover in the same fabric from a different company that afternoon and received it two days later. The packaging, the labeling and even the marker color used to indicate size were exactly the same. I had to threaten to contact my credit card company before I could get a refund for the gripper strips.. I am still stuck with a cover I have no use for. At least I didn't make a more expensive purchase. I suggest you use extreme caution if you choose to do business with this company.
