Edited Review: I'm updating my previous review to say that Temo DOES stand behind their work. Working with their new general manager, Adam Kelly, the issue related to the siding that adjoins our covered patio was been completely resolved! Corey and Austin just completed the work and were outstanding!! A great product is one thing, but great service makes all the difference.

I had a Temo sunroom installed in 2000. It was the best decision I could of made. After 22 years I still am receiving compliments of how beautiful it is. Beats any deck hands down! Karen L. Mercer PA.

I am responding to Temos response to my wife's review (Kavita P.). If Backyard Living is blaming the city, they are not being very truthful. The reason more permits were needed was because when the posts were being installed the installer and I realized that the plans called for a sunroom with a floor 10 feet off the ground. This would have been somewhat inconvenient because that would have made it about 2/3s of the way between the first and second floor. The top of the sunroom needed to be 10' off the ground. So the plans had to be redone and then the permits resubmitted. So the statement that the city required new permits is true, but only because of a very sizeable mistake on the part of Backyard Living that, when I first saw it, it took me like 10 minutes to even comprehend that it was something that could happen. And regarding the delay caused by the supply chain. We gave our deposit around April of 2021. The work didn't start until January of 2022 and didn't finish until late April. There was zero movement on the sunroom getting started until we told them we were moving and might need to cancel. So did the supply chain clear up once the prospect of cancelling arose? I will say, Kylie was good to work with and empathetic. John (the installer) was nice and did his best with what he had to work with. One note on the install, since Backyard Living wouldn't do it, it would be way better to let us install flooring before the electrical tracks are put in because otherwise there is no easy way to get the flooring down in a clean way.

I think you are reaching out to the wrong company

I am in Bartlett Illinois and have a wonderful Temo 3 season room and have had it for close to 20yrs. As of late we have experienced a leak to where we need to involve a local Temo installer to come out and see how we repair our 3 season room.

I have been trying to get a price now for over 5 weeks to replace my windows and screens on my Temo sunroom from 2003. have talked to 3 different people and all say they will get back to me soon. What is going on nobody wants my money
