When I moved in here I was just going to stay for a very short time and move to another apartment complex. I've been here now for a little over a year and love it, I'll be here until I buy my next home. I have a two bedroom apartment and it is very roomy and quite. Rose is the property manager of the site she does an outstanding job here. She's always attentive to my calls at the front office. I've had very minor issues while here and She's answered and handled everyone Expeditiously. This complex is very well maintained and I always see Rose out here checking the place out and even walking through on the weekends to ensure things are running properly. Hall ways and laundry room stay clean and the grass is always well manicured. Bottom line this place really surprised me and is a excellent place to call home largely in part to management.

I recently moved in in July, and I am so thrilled & happy with this new apartment. It is 100% kept up. It is a very quiet complex & people are nice. Rose (landlord) was so helpful & kind to me during this whole process. She really makes you feel at home here. Thankyou for making this process easy for me!

Lessons And Legacies

My name is Renee Bodell. I am a resident at Clairridge Estates. In this day and age, it's rare to see one individual care so much about the welfare of so many. I am speaking of Rose Stelkic. In the year that I have been here she happily came to my rescue not once, but twice, when I forgot my keys and was locked out of my home. When my window screen broke due to my own clumsiness, it was replaced within hours. When my deadbolt wouldn't work, a maintenance man was over immediately. I had seen her frequently, even on her day off, walking through the community picking up random garbage that others left behind. I often brag to my coworkers and customers how beautifully maintained the grounds are here. Every day you see the maintenance crew doing something to keep this place as pristine as it is. I looked at many places before I chose Clairridge and none of them compared. I owe the peace and serenity that I enjoy each and every day to Rose. She truly cares about this place and it shows. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job than her. She is a blessing!!

I just want to say that I’ve only been here 6 months and I LOVE it!! Rose, the manager, was so friendly with helping me get into an apartment and she has stayed helpful and friendly still! The complex is kept so clean and mowed every week! The neighbors are so nice and friendly! It’s so nice and quiet here…no trouble ever! I plan on staying a long time for sure! I’m very happy here! 👍🏻🙌🏻🥰
