You are paying for the area the complexe is horrible and the office staff(not Ashleigh) is rude af. Update new staff is amazing fair price lots of space in the 2 br with w/d hook up. Much improved over the years

I have been here for over 7 years and through the seven years we have always had a grace period with paying our rent the fifth of the month is considered to be late now with this new company if you are paying your rent on the 2nd of the month you have to pay additional $100 for late fee and they're also saying if you get four late payments within the year they will not renew your lease this is not throughout the company this is through just complex the other complex owned by this company has a grace period I don't know anywhere that does not have a grace period this is totally ridiculous I can't even refer anyone here and also due to the fact they have gone up on the rent excessively this saddens me

I have lived here for almost a month. At first it took awhile to get approved but there were 2 ladies. Andrea and Rachel who made sure we got in and and got our keys. They were very nice and took very good care of us. Haven't had too many issues except out bedrooms don't have light fixtures in them but have switches. Thanks ladies!!! The 5 stars are for you both. Mgmt deleted my amt due from portal, reinstated a higher amt, accused me of not notifying move-out date. I provided emails, conf of auto-pmt setup, & gave descriptions of person I talked to. Mgr wasnt nice & wouldnt listen when I wanted my over-charged $ back. 2-year renter & bitter now. Same mgr said was ok to have grill outside, then very next day cut my lock & chain & took it.

Not happy one bit. They allow people to smoke in the building even though they are non smoking. Ive found mold. My air has been broken for a week now. And its been in the 90s and i have a baby and a dog. ANTS. my friend in another building had MAGGOTS that she had to take care of herself. I have pictures to prove the mold and maggots. I have holes in my floors. Its horrible
I get all kinds of funky extra charges on my bills all the time but it never lists what its for! The office never calls you back. Its so hard to communicate with anyone
Replying on 1/3/22 I agree with Jai. This place isn’t worth it. I live in the second floor & my entire apartment creaks, the repair man is sketchy & doesn’t make appointments for repairs- just walks into my apartment while I was sleeping (I have a night job, so I sleep during the day). My downstairs neighbors smoke weed, which isn’t allowed. They told my roommate & I that many utilities were included with rent, but they lied. I have about an extra $100-$250 in utility bills. The people at the leasing office are very rude & only want your money. STAY AWAY
Hi! We currently do not allow propane grills and ask that all charcoal grills are used 10 feet away from the building and that all the charcoal is put out and disposed of properly when you are finished using your grill.
Hi Shelby, we do in fact accept co-signers if the reason you are denied is due to being short on income. Your co-signer must prove that they earn 4x the monthly rental rate and credit qualify but, we absolutely will accept them. If you are denied due to a high level of collections or for criminal background unfortunately we cannot approve the application. Please feel free to reach out to the leasing office if you have any other questions regarding a co-signer.

Hi Karl, our community does not currently accept section 8 but our sister property Warren Manor does and if your are 55 or older our siter property Highland Towers accepts section 8.

Well I had a problem with the hot water tank made a phone call I talk to someone and they said 15 to 20 minutes they were at my door and fixed the problem. And I had another issue they came in 15 min 👍
Place is gross. Staff is always drunk on the job. Nothing gets done. Bugs and everywhere. Potholes the size of small cities that have been there over a year.

Hi Emily the resident is responsible for gas and electric services. Water, trash removal, pest services, and the utility billing service fees are included with your rental amount.
