I noticed the door issue also Joe. I stayed there a few weeks ago and wont be back. Pools a mess. Black mold in the ac units. Fitted sheets on inside out. Ac filters were 100% clogged. Response i got from mngt. Sorry. Hope you stay again.
That's weird. We had a few problems with the Comfort Suites. Since my wife and I have a disability, the front doors are not ADA compliant. You have to pull the doors open to access the building. The back door is the same way. The hotel did not have a sign out at the road. We drove by it the first time.
