I stayed here on a family visit because it was close to the Rose. I started my trip off with a concert. I have to admit I had low expectations. But I was delighted by this little chain hotel. The building is relatively new. The room was clean and modern. There was no gross cheap hotel carpet, they had fake wood laminate which was perfect in this setting. The air conditioner kept the room so cool you almost wanted a jacket, and it was 90° at midnight. But the reason I'm writing this review is the service. Both Mit the day guy and Bob the night guy were terrific. It was the kind of service I might expect at a much nicer hotel. These guys are why I stayed an extra night while I got settled in with my family. I would stay here again!

Basic sleeping accommodations! Not a "tourist destination"! Think, "your buddy's parents offered a spare room to crash"! The shower, room Fridge (no beverage offerings), TV, desk and two chairs - worked! Three I call them, "expedited nutrition emporium's", are within walking distance. And a close pizza vendor is readily available! Looking for glam... this is not what is offered here! Wanna crash and move on; this is "that place"!

Stayed one night, good location off highway, clerk at the front desk was super friendly. This location is in definite need of upgrading, dirty walls, tiles falling off in shower, stained towels and sheets. Couldn’t tell if bed sheets were clean so slept in our sleeping bag on top of bed with our own pillows. There were obvious residents of the Inn that were quiet and friendly but hung outside of their rooms until 2am. The surfaces (dresser/desk) and bathroom were clean. Not worth the $102 dollars paid. Would not stay here again.
