We did not have a good experience. Out of all the hotels we had to choose from We picked this one for what they were advertising on line, but the place was a dump and showing signs of being under kept by maintenance and cleaning staff. There were multiple lights out throughout the room which would seem like a minor detail, but its a very simple fix. Leading me to find the toilet was dirty, "questionable" stains on the fold out couch, and stains on the carpet. The whole reason we stayed was for the hot tub and indoor pool. Felt like an upgrade, but the jets did not work, and the water felt disgusting. Imagine taking a warm bath using the water for 1000 other people. The pool's base coating was chipping and coming up from the floor all throughout. The handicap pool lift was completely rusted out. However, they continue to advertise it on line. This all was an issue for us. Especially the pool area being so gross. I asked the front desk what they would be able to do, but they offered no solution. Except, they did assure me the manager would call me to discuss our stay, but never did. The manager did tell the front desk person that the hot tub was working, but the jets weren't. He claimed that maintenance was fixing it in the morning. So, now they are lying to me. I don't believe they are going to fix anything, especially the needs of their guest's passing through. NOT recommend for service, relaxation, or clean rooms.

Tea Time

The Breakfast was pretty good, and the place was clean but the beds were super high and stiff as a board! One would think with all that height it would have a pillow top or something. You Also could hear every squeak when people walked above us. Faculty was pretty friendly, so that’s always a plus! If the beds would have been comfy I would have given it 4 stArs, but the whole point of coming to the hotel for me was to rest. All in all not bad!

Had a wonderful stay here. Room was immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. The staff and manager are so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend,it's worth the price

Positive: The front man at the front desk was awesome. Negative: The hot tub needs some work. It did work but the jets need more power. No bubbly water. Pool temp was good. Needs some updating but other than that it served it's purpose. No real issues.
