My stay here was in December 2020 to January 2021. I was here on business it's a decent place for tge prices. The staff is very friendly and polite. The location well its not the best but okay. The rooms are decent.

You get what you need for $995 flat rate each month.. water,electric,a bed, tv, wife, even a mini kitchen in the unit. However you will likely be doing a ton of cleaning due to the fact, everything is quick cleaned not deep cleaned, except the halls, they are really nice. They do include the cleaning fee in the flat rate so you will not get your money back for cleaning, atleast I didn’t. Go to DT and grab some cleaning products and focus on what u are there for and it’s decent. READ UR CONTRACTS!

the on site manager Chris loves to create drama and act like a cop/private detective. he is friends with the long stay guests who are constantly out back asking people for cigarettes. the fire alarm goes off once a day stays on for 10-15 minutes. Chris is a big problem

I was disappointed with the room itself the pictures from the website were misleading as to what I was purchasing but the staff member Chris was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with bringing my stuff into the room I offered him cash for the help and he wouldn't except it. It's nice to know that there are people like him who are willing to help the handicapped without expectation. I would stay here again based on that alone. Thank you Chris!
