This location has become my go to urgent care during Covid . The location is close to my home and on a normal day they get you in and out . Unfortunately the front staff Tasha is rude and unprofessional. I had to call for days at a time multiple time to receive Covid results for myself and my children . Covid results are time sensitive for individuals who are employed and need to provide this information to schools and employers . How can we navigate in this pandemic allowing individuals to know if they’ve been exposed if I can’t get my results. There were indeed some positive cases present and if I had to take a drive to get those results I’m exposing other individuals. I’m currently sitting in the waiting room waiting for a print out of my mothers results and I’ve been here for at least 30 min which is absolutely ridiculous for results that my mother called ahead for me to pick up . Guess who’s at the desk .. Tasha . Get rid of staff who doesn’t know how to work with the public . This is coming from someone who is extremely extremely patient .

I’ve been in the waiting room around other sick people and children for 50 minutes. I live with someone who tested positive for covid and am showing symptoms. Yet they’re taking their time to test me. Awful staff.
