This insurance company is a complete scam - I was one of two victims in a hit and run with their insured and they have purposely avoided my phone calls or calling me back. The adjuster Raphael has been extremely rude and dismissive on the phone - our first conversation started with him saying "I didn't call you back because I have no proof you were even hit by our insured" ???? Even though there is a police report and multiple witnesses, they are already trying to avoid having to payout or do their duties as an insurance company. When I asked for the manager, he said he could relay the message. When I asked for the manager's name or contact information he said "he was not at liberty to share that with me". They insure people and then do whatever it takes to not have to pay out a small $600 little claim. I am about to be your biggest nightmare.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. This is absolutely one of the worst car insurance “scammers” on the planet. Anything over 0 stars has to be fabricated by robots or something.
