I received a ( silk press/flat iron) a few months ago and would like to start off with some pros and cons. Pros: after product was nice Cons: Told stylist the flat iron was to hot multiple times and still proceeded to do my hair. - Had scabs on my scalp - Current state of my hair has been damaged -extremely tangled now and has been a struggle The reason I allowed her to continue is because I had a lot on my plate at the time so I thought maybe it was just because my skin is sensitive. Sadly sensitive skin or not that should’ve not happened. I was told come back for a protein treatment, but if my hair got damaged once trust me the lesson is learned.
