We hired Kasberg to do our siding and our roof. Justin spelled out the whole process and gave us a detailed quote prior to beginning work. He also helped steer us to an attractive design that fit with our house. Over the course of the work we asked for a few changes, all of which they were able to accommodate. All his contractors were highly skilled, professional, and just generally easy to be around. Justin and co. were able to creatively solve problems with little to no guidance, and left our century old house looking new.

The best evidence for this is in our reviews from (former clients). You can look on google or on our website to see these. Every job will have a set timeframe that will include time to gather the neccessary permits, start and end dates for the project that will give you a realistic picture of the timeframe. This will all be discussed at our first meeting. You will get a taste of our puncuality early on by: We always do what we tell our customers we will do, we return phone calls in a timely manner, be at all appointments on time and if we say we are going to get you a quote by "next Tuesday", we will get you that quote by "next Tuesday".
Contrary to popular belief, it is the customer who sets the price for the job. The materials that go into the project, and overall design is what determines what the job will cost. It is not up to the contractor (us) to determine the price for the job....stay with me....All the contractor does is expertly assemble all of the job costs, the overhead numbers and a fair profit to compensate for the work done and risk taken. That is how a job price is set. Our goal is to help you understand this process so you feel comfortable working with us.

Yes..We will do the job you want done. In the begining we ask alot of question, opinions, options and confirmations. Ask, ask and ask we will do....then we will carefully listen to figure out what you want done. We will keep our opinions to ourselves until we have gained your confidence as the contractor of choice. Only then will we make suggestion or offer alternative approaches and sometimes entirely different options. We believe that a solid plan and design before the actual work begins will make the job run smooth.
