I order a lot online. Lately all my packages have been left outside my fence or today left on top of my garbage can! I live in a park the road is right there extremely easy access if someone wanted to steal packages. Thank God I have cameras everywhere. When you say you left it at my front door LEAVE IT AT MY FRONT DOOR! I miss my old ups lady!

Yes, but UPS doesn't make it easy. First, you have to go to their website and sign up for MyUPS. Then, they often won't let you redirect the package to the customer center until after a delivery attempt has been made.
If you order something from a vendor you will get a tracking number. Enter that number into their tracking app and you will know when it will arrive.
