Do not rent here .. go across town to "the Strand" location for your u-haul, I promise, it's worth it! The difference between the best customer service ever across town, to the worst ever here .. and it was the owners at both locations that I delt with .. across town the owner was pulling fuses and helping me make my truck compliant .. this guy just freaked out on us and phisically pulled the trailer off my truck that we parked across the street while we ran errands in our other vehicle .. all because the online app let us complete our check in online, and for some reason that upset him to the point of him actially yelling at me on the phone, and he himself pulling the trailer off my truck while I wasn't there, and driving away just as I pulled up in our other car!

I called Justin in an effort to try and cancel a reservation I had made with the strand location after I was on hold with them for over 30 minutes. Justin promptly answered the phone and got my reservation canceled. I’m going to him for all future reservations. Screw the strand location.

I had a wonderful experience today with the owner Justin. I Showed up with Uhaul trailer wiring issues looking to swap it out because U-Haul had already sent a service technician out that spent an hour trying to fix the issue and was unsuccessful so swapping it seemed to be my only course of action. Justin put his Father’s Day plans on hold and came over to give me a hand even though he was not open for business at the time. He then troubleshot and fixed my wiring issue and kept me from having to swap trailers. The man should have had a cape on As far as I’m concerned. I’m from Pennsylvania and I have no formal ties or interests to this man whatsoever, I just really appreciate his help and highly recommend any service that Justin would provide. Thanks again!!

Had a reservation for trailer. Guy named justin told me he wouldn’t have a trailer until 5 but he closes at 5 so I guess there’s no trailer. Not a nice guy. Did not seem to want my business. So I obliged. I Canceled his trailer and rented a truck from another Uhaul in town that seemed happy to help us and take my money. Avoid this place at all cost. U-Haul should get smart and distance themselves from this place. You should to.
