This place is worthless! Reserved a large truck and car hauler a month ahead of time and found out 2 days before we were moving that they wouldn't have the equipment. Then, they won't answer their phone in order to find out why they don't have the equipment, you have to go down to their store. Come to find out, there is no sense in booking in advance, they don't acquire the equipment ahead of time. Uhaul has progressively gotten worse and worse over the years! 1 star is too high to rank them but you have to click on a rating in order to post! Penske is much better to rent from.

Got the truck and it was full of cigarette butts and smelling of smoke. Tried telling staff about it but was charged after the fact for someone else's negligence. Don't be in a rush getting anything from them and make sure you check absolutely everything before driving off. Very disappointing.

We rented storage unit 105. The unit was blocked by uhaul trucks every time we needed it. The employees moved the trucks when asked to. This added a considerable amount of time to our visit. On several occasions we were unable to move items from storage because we didn't have the time to wait for the vehicles blocking the space to be moved. This should have been explained to me when I rented the unit. I would have gone elsewhere...When we moved out of the unit they took 170.00 from us even though we had moved out. When I called to talk to them the wait time on the phone was 30 minutes. Great customer service..ha ha!!.
