In your paperwork is a code. Any Kia dealership should be able to make a key off of that. I wish you good luck. Getting a replacement ignition is costly.

Yes, you can. We purchased a replacement for our 2011 Soul there. Cost I believe was $200. You can also get one from most locksmiths for the same or less.
I would recommend a guy named Tony Davzino, at the westfrwy location. The Hurst location will act like they are only in it for the commission. Tony will work for and with you. I got my car from the fortworth location and it's been over 2 years and I've had no major problems with my car. AND my payments are affordable....... GOOD Luck
I would not buy a vehicle from them if they were giving it away for $0.02. My wife and I went there to look at cars and we told them we wanted to look and we would let them know when we had a question. One of the salesman stood right outside the door and watched every step we took and then another one came out to talk to him then came down and said he was the internet sales manager and I repeated to him what we had told the other one and I told him I did not appreciate them stalking us and he got smart aleck. We left after I told him how I felt about it. Somebody that wants to give into their sales tactics may want to do business with them. Fortunately I do not have to and will not put up with their antics.
