My experience with Hiley Mazda of Hurst was fantastic!!! Rich Longworth was very patient, understanding and helpful. Rich went above and beyond for the purchase of my 2023 CX-5. He kept track of the arrival to the port and updated me often. When it reached the port he let me know and when the transfer truck picked it up he was on top of it. It's the first time buying a car that wasn't on the lot and Rich made sure I was very comfortable with everything. I would purchase from Rich again, he was a joy to work with.

Overall great experience. Yes, they are trying to sell you a car, but there was no big pressure/pushy attitude like I experienced at another dealership. They were very straightforward about pricing and options and treated me with respect. I like my new Mazda and Bruce and Rich and entire team are helpful and know their stuff.

I brought my wife's Mazda 5 in for an oil change with online coupon. Long story short, I came on their grand open remodel day and yes I came in prior to my appointment. I notice oil on my driveway. I thought maybe it was prior to so I cleaned it and waited a few days and oil was there again. I decided to check for myself and the bottom cover was not secure, no big deal. I notice lots of oil around the cylinder, again no big deal, it was tight. Then I saw where the oil was coming from. The tech did not tighten the drain plug. You can see it was hand tighten maybe 2 revolutions. I checked the oil and it may have more than 5 quartz because it was beyond the high mark. I suspect he drained it a bit cause he overfilled it and forgot to tighten the plug. Also it took 2 hours at 7am when I was the only customer, ok 10 minutes later one customer entered the waiting room, still 2 hours for an oil change. We bought two cars from y'all and now we will have to reconsider. Please have quality inspections for all work that is done.
