Was not thrilled with the customer service I got. Salesman was nice but the finance manager Todd was rude and very unhelpful. I was ready to buy a truck until I was treated so poorly. Also, they make you use GM financing on a new vehicle because they get a kick back…even though it’s a higher interest rate. Salesman told me to just refinance in 6 months so the dealer still gets their full kick back and they get allotted another new vehicle. They said there really is no other way to finance a brand new vehicle other than GM.. I am happy to have been able to buy my brand new truck at Peterson Chevrolet where I got to finance it where I wanted!

I definitely believe in being in the right place at the right time. I went in to check out possible vehicles in transit and scored the motherload with my pickup. It was in transit and it's brother was delivered that day so I was able to see what my truck would be like. Shortly thereafter the truck came in and I was very happy. The team made it a very seamless and easy experience. I am very happy with this truck and my whole family loves it.
