Davion was very helpful showed us how to clean our rugs, customer service was on point, I'm a Notary so I like to keep car cleaned he volunteered his services, and even advised me to take business magnet off car while going through car wash, really appreciate him for helping me and I will recommend this place to everyone! This is my go to car wash. I feel it does a pretty decent job although l wish it did a better job cleaning inside the wheel wells. I’ve been to car washes in the past that actually blast the wheel wells with a high pressure spray. UPDATED 3/28/22 Today is the second time that the drying puff roller that dries the front, hood, windshield, top, and lift gate has been inoperable leaving a lot of hard water spots on the vehicle which have to be removed using a concentrated cleaner and microfiber cloth. If the issue continues, l will need to cancel my monthly plan and go elsewhere.

Almost three weeks ago the Centerville location malfunctioned and the tunnel stopped working for approximately 3 minutes while my car was being washed. After exiting the wash I noticed a scratch on my passenger door. I immediately notified the manager on duty and he filed a report with the home office. I received an email the next day from the home office that I would be contacted within a couple days. I have not heard from the company despite me sending an email, calling the corporate office, and revisiting the Centerville location. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of customer service

New company has higher prices, vacuums don’t have enough suction to be functional, mat cleaners are included with car wash but broken. Employees stated they are still under construction, but this company completely willing to take money despite inability to perform all services expressed on their website. I won’t be back. Flying Ace in Miamisburg will now be my car wash of choice.
